Responsibilities: Manage mechanical turnover activities from construction through to handover Coordinate system walkdowns, punch listing, and closeout activities Ensure turnover documentation is completed and tracked correctly Liaise with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and client teams Monitor progress against turnover schedules and project milestones Support commissioning and start-up activities Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards Assist with project reporting and turnover updates Requirements: Degree or trade qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 5+ years experience in turnover, commissioning, or mechanical project delivery Pharmaceutical project experience is essential Strong understanding of mechanical systems and turnover processes Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors Excellent communication and organisational skills Must be based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship Benefits: Salary €70,000 €80,000 DOE Pension Healthcare scheme Company benefits package Excellent career progression opportunities If you are a Mechanical Turnover Lead looking for your next opportunity, please send your CV to Oisin O Donohoe or call for a confidential discussion.
