Senior Director, Content Risk at GoFundMe – Dublin, Ireland (in-office 2x per week; some holiday shifts may be required).
GoFundMe is the world’s most powerful community for good, dedicated to helping people help each other. By uniting individuals and nonprofits in one place, GoFundMe makes it easy and safe for people to ask for help and support causes—for themselves and each other. Together, our community has raised more than $40 billion since 2010.
This role will help lead our approach to operationalising the enforcement of our community conduct and behavior on the GoFundMe platform. You will define content moderation policies and operations that underpin a safe, inclusive, and prosocial environment, balancing expression with safety in a world of growing video, user-generated content, nonhuman agents, and social virality. This is about shaping the norms and systems that define the community we want to create.
Responsibilities and expectations include driving strategy, partnering with executives, and navigating complex decisions while ensuring the team is supported, informed, and empowered.

Build and refine reporting frameworks that articulate risk posture and KPI performance.
This role involves exposure to sensitive content, including offensive or graphic material.
