Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems across manufacturing lines.
* Lead root cause analysis, non-conformance reporting, and corrective action implementation.
* Develop and optimise inspection and testing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
* Partner with production, design, and supply chain teams to embed quality standards at every stage.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Participate in external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
* 3+ years' experience in a quality engineering or similar role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, and CAPA systems.
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, practical approach.
