The Role
We are seeking a
Marketing Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with
experience in graphic design, marketing events and campaign coordination
. You will play a key role in
implementing marketing initiatives in stores, supporting store openings, designing promotional materials and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
•
Create and design promotional materials for offline and online use, ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Plan, execute, and monitor
marketing campaigns in-store
• Organize and manage stores opening events and related promotional activities
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing projects and plans in line with brand strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, retail, logistics, IT) and external partners (producers, suppliers)
• Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
Key Attributes & Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related field.
• years+ of marketing and graphic design
•
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, and
design tools: Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design software
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in editing and reporting
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) is an advantage.
• Creativity and an eye for design when preparing presentations and marketing materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Languages: English (required); Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian is an advantage.
