Role Responsibilities
* Facilitate and encourage decision‑making, independence, and personal development.
* Provide support in daily living skills, including personal hygiene, health and appearance.
* Work in a person‑centred manner to meet individual care plans and goals.
* Adhere to policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice.
* Administer and document the dispensation of prescribed medication.
* Document and report incidents and complaints involving staff, service owners or visitors.
* Work with MDT to achieve the goals of service owners.
Essential Requirements
* QQI Level 5 (8 modules) in Healthcare or equivalent
* Hold a full Irish driving license
* Prior experience in social care or healthcare
* Working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
* Excellent verbal and writing skills
* Garda Vetting/Police Clearance
