Job Title: CDM Principal Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to spearhead our Construction Design Management (CDM) initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015, alongside exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
The successful appointee will work closely with our design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination throughout the pre-construction phase.
The role involves:
1. Project Coordination: Work with our design teams and stakeholders to plan, manage, and monitor the pre-construction phase of projects.
2. CDM Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and the Safety, Health and Welfare (Construction) Regulations 2013.
3. Communication: Effectively communicate project requirements with clarity and precision, demonstrating strong proficiency in verbal and written English.
