Regional Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
* A dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Specialist to lead on regional or cross-channel marketing initiatives.
* Oversight of event management, development of sales enablement tools, creation of post-event activity reporting, and production support for live and video content.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Event planning and execution, including programming, content creation, schedule management, in-person planning, and vendor coordination.
* Developing comprehensive event playbooks, sales kits, and communication plans to support event success.
* Creating and delivering detailed post-event activity reports and performance assessments, providing actionable insights for future events.
* Providing production management support for live-streaming and video editing, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
* Executing and developing regional and centrally managed marketing programs, including content creation (blog, website, localisations), to drive regional or cross-channel engagement.
* Coordinating the creation and distribution of recurring marketing newsletter content, ensuring timely and relevant information delivery.
About You:
* Experience in field marketing or event management, demonstrating strong project management and campaign + event planning skills.
* Proven ability to manage event planning and vendor relationships, including logistics coordination and agency coordination.
* Strong content development skills, with experience creating marketing materials for various channels and audiences, coupled with experience in livestreaming management and technical event execution, including institutional and cloud knowledge.
* Fluency in a second language is essential - preferably Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
