This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about driving change through technology. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), helping to design, build, and scale solutions while also supporting adoption through training and change management.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Platform
* Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs) into business workflows
* Act as a technical SME for Power Platform and AI within the team and across the business
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
* Lead and Support agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, show and shares)
* Deliver training sessions and create documentation to support adoption
* Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and user engagement
