As Field Service Engineer, you will be a self-driven, personable professional who prioritises delivering WOW service to customers and colleagues. Based in field across Ireland, specifically Cork you will take pride in effectively installing and maintaining all equipment within our customers’ premises, making a difference every day in undertaking the more complex and challenging of installations, servicing and breakdown calls for coffee machines and other equipment, such as water coolers, juice machines and boiler systems including the training of machines with customers.
The Role - Field Service Engineer
Deliver exceptional customer service through installation, repair and maintenance of equipment, ensuring clear communication with customers at all times; maintain the highest quality of service with integrity.
Perform a broad range of repairs and preventative maintenance, from fault finding to diagnosis, ensuring equipment is left in good working order and customers are briefed on issues.
Keep tools, equipment and company vehicles in good working order; report faults or failures to your line manager as required.
Complete online job sheets, timesheets and supporting documentation; ensure review and sign-off prior to leaving premises, and upload to Ops Office as needed.
Provide agreed spare parts stocks via Eagle App to ensure parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock, and replenished to maintain vehicle stock inventory.
Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, raise any risks to management.
What You Will Need in the Role of Field Service Engineer
Technical skills in Bean to Cup systems, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, barista/coffee quality, installation and project management.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Excellent customer service skills and active listening to understand and meet customer needs.
Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues and management.
Solid understanding of locations and road networks.
