Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Crop Science in the School of Agriculture & Food Science. The appointee will join the Animal and Crop Science Section and will contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, conduct high-quality research in Crop Science, and engage in associated administrative tasks. The appointee will join a highly motivated and research-active Crop Science team who are involved with teaching and research in areas including cereal production, root and alternative crops, grassland, forage production, plant health, organic agriculture, and digital agriculture.
Salary Scale: 95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above the Bar (7943) €62,855 - €99,533 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
