We're looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst to own and evolve our POS and Inventory reporting—reducing manual processes, standardizing key data mappings, and improving the accuracy and usability of our dashboards to drive actionable insight. This role will grow over time into broader, ad-hoc analysis across Arlo's data ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
* Own POS and Inventory dashboards and recurring reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
* Identify manual touchpoints and redesign reporting into automated dashboards and repeatable processes.
* Build and enhance Tableau dashboards with strong focus on usability, performance, and a curiosity to solve problems and support stakeholder insights
* Manage day-to-day engagement with an external partner that consolidates POS and Inventory reports; coordinate issue resolution, clarify requirements, and ensure reporting cadence and data quality are met.
* Act as a key point of contact for Sales and FP&A stakeholder questions and requests (data accuracy, definitions, and net-new insight requests).
* Document definitions, mapping rules, and reporting logic to support a trusted "single source of truth" and future scalability
* Use SQL through Databricks to validate, reconcile, and analyze data; create reusable queries/views to support standardized reporting – core responsibilities can expand over time to support to exploration for additional insights/ad-hoc analysis across Arlo's data eco-system
Experience and Attributes
* Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a data/analytics-focused discipline.
* 2–3+ years of experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (or comparable BI tool; Tableau preferred).
* Solid SQL skills and experience working with modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing) and comfortable working with large datasets.
* Experience working with external data partners/vendors (advantage).
* Familiarity with services/subscription metrics and/or experience in a fast-paced MNC (advantage).
