Senior Analog/RF IC Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Analysis and synthesis of analog specifications
* Analog architecture definition
* Design of functional blocks
* Electrical simulations (Spice / Fast Spice)
* Behavioral description and simulation
* Layout design and verification
* Database integration
* IP debugging and characterization
* Support for product characterization
Your profile:
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar position, with a Master’s Degree and/or Engineering degree in microelectronics design
* Deep knowledge of analog CMOS processes
* Proven design experience with RF front-end at 13.56MHz (demodulator, load modulation, energy recovery)
* Experience with bandgap, regulator, oscillator design
* Proven experience in low power / low noise analog circuits
* Experience with analog design for smartcards and secure products is a plus
* Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics tools (DFII, schematic and layout entry/verification, Assura, Calibre, etc.)
* Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.)
* Fluent in English
