**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly accounts and reports, including revenue reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations, and quarterly group reporting.
* Monitor and report on key aspects of the profit and loss statement, gross margin, and overheads.
* Process invoices and purchases accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.
* Coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, providing support for ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
* Right to work unrestricted in Ireland.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships between finance and other departments.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and integrity.
