Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a dynamic manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
The General Manager will champion continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency to maintain a competitive advantage in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
