The Role
An opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of residential and mixed-use properties, ensuring all developments are maintained to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and repair works across properties
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of developments
The Person
Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience
Ability to work independently and manage workloads
Good communication and customer service skills
Full clean driving licence required
