Job Title: Motorhome Sales Executive at Thompson Leisure Ltd Irelands Largest Motorhome Dealer Location: Dromore Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Motorhome Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leisure vehicles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to convert enquiries into sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the buying journey, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial enquiry to handover. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable motorhome options. Conduct product demonstrations and tours of new and used motorhomes. Manage the full sales process, including paperwork, finance options, part-exchanges, and post-sale follow-up. Maintain a high standard of customer service and build lasting customer relationships. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in retail sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service ethos and the ability to build rapport. A full UK driving licence. Confidence in negotiating and closing sales. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach. Able to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota. Desirable Criteria but not Essential: Knowledge of motorhome models, specifications, and layouts. Familiarity with finance packages and insurance products related to leisure vehicles. Experience using CRM systems or dealership management software.
