Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage various administrative tasks and provide exceptional support to our organization.
* Manage emails, customer inquiries, and internal communications with professionalism and courtesy.
* Coordinate orders from customers with production teams, ensuring timely delivery of products.
* Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation for seamless communication and data tracking.
* Manage schedules, spreadsheets, and reports to optimize workflow efficiency.
* Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and inventory management for accurate financial reporting.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate reordering as needed.
* Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports in collaboration with the accounting team.
* Liaise with the accounting team as required for smooth financial operations.
* Book and coordinate deliveries with couriers to ensure timely product arrival.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration, accounts, or customer service is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
