Site Development Role
The appointment of a Site Engineer for an apartment development in Cork City is ongoing.
This new project involves constructing 190 units, with the site expected to commence operations in Spring 2026.
Until then, our client requires a qualified professional to join their existing residential site in Cork.
Your role as Site Engineer will entail:
* Overseeing and coordinating site drawings.
* Maintaining effective communication with sub-contractors.
* Collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
* Ensuring accurate setting out for the site team and sub-contractors.
* Monitoring ground works and contractors.
* Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation.
* Frequent reporting on project progress to Project Manager.
To excel in this position, successful candidates will require:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
* Prior experience in residential projects is beneficial; however, individuals with Civil or Construction background are also welcome.
* A CSCS card with RC frame experience is advantageous.
