With over 130 years operating in the shipping industry, we offer an unrivalled level of experience and expertise to our customers.The RoleThe Mechanical Fitter will join our maintenance team based in Dublin Port to maintain, repair and service equipment used by Doyle Shipping Group.On a daily basis, the Mechanical Fitter will work with our equipment, which includes Tugmasters, RTGs, LHM cranes, forklifts and various other heavy plant, troubleshooting faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a wide variety of situations and also proactively servicing equipment.Job Type / CategoryThe Mechanical Fitter will work a four-day on four-days off (12-hour rotating shift)Required Education, Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will be a qualified mechanical fitter or mechanic and possess a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a mechanical fitter or mechanic.
