We are seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the management of two residential services supporting young people.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent management skills and experience in supervisory/management capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent, as well as a management qualification in Health/Social Care or be in the process of obtaining this qualification.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing two residential services supporting young people
• Providing high-quality care to service users while delivering a stable and engaging workplace for employees
• Making sound judgments and decisions based on current legislation, best practice, and individual circumstances
• Assessing situations and acting appropriately, using analytical and problem-solving processes that best meet the needs of the service and those we support
• Developing and implementing strategies for improving the quality of care and services provided
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
The ideal candidate will also hold a full clean driving license and have access to a car.
