Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily transaction authorizations and document execution
* Oversee annual compliance requirements for group entities and serviced entities
* Advise on corporate governance, legal, and company secretarial issues/upgrades
* Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
* Manage board meetings, general meetings, and committee gatherings
* Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, solicitors, and company secretarial service providers
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification in a related field with company secretarial certification
* At least 7 years of experience in company secretarial and statutory compliance or legal environments
* Ability to interpret regulatory and legislative mandates
* Excellent IT and multitasking abilities
