Kildare! Dayshift Hours: Monday Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00 Friday: 08:00 to 13:30 What Youll Do: Lead, motivate, and direct a close-knit team of 46 colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality output.
Champion health and safety, making sure every shift runs safely and efficiently.
Become proficient across all production lines, setting the standard for excellence.
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the framework of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and FSC accreditations.
What Were Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Team Player: Proven ability to work as part of a wider manufacturing team to smash production targets.
Communicator: Strong skills in liaising with other business functions and management.
Safety First: NEBOSH or IOSH certification in Health & Safety Management is a distinct advantage.
Flexible: Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
