Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, which became synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift marked a significant step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the sociocultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent. Under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, the house remains at the forefront of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
KNOW THE ROLE
Saint Laurent at our Brown Thomas Dublin store is currently seeking a Client Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.
As a Sales Associate, your role will involve actively contributing to store sales by providing remarkable and memorable service to all clients. You will also support the management team by representing the company and upholding the brand image at all times.
* Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service
* Develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships
* Maintain a positive and professional working environment
* Demonstrate high product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitors
* Work well in a team and support colleagues
* Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally
* Maintain organization, grooming, and appearance standards
* Support management with store processes to ensure compliance and standards
* Assist with back-of-house operations, such as stock control and inventories
