Job Summary
NetApp is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Director HRBP leading the EMEA Product organization. Reporting to the Senior Director HRBP EMEA, you will overlook at our EMEA product areas located Ireland, Iceland and Israel and will act as an EMEA SPOC role for the Product Group to co-design and implement the global Product strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture, optimizing talent strategies, driving HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance work environment, enabling business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the Product team. The ideal candidate will build effective, trusting business relationships and partnerships across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a deep understanding of the Product team's business operations, objectives, and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance.
2. Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on all human resources matters.
3. Collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
4. Drive the establishment of a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance sales attainment, employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
5. Play a pivotal role in influencing talent decisions, including leading workforce planning initiatives, org design frameworks, talent reviews, recruitment, development, and succession planning, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success
6. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for region
7. Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
8. Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
9. Inspire, mentor, and develop HR Business Partners and team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Key Requirements
10. At least 15 years of HR experience, inclusive of people leadership
11. Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams is preferred.
12. Experience in managing multiple country areas
13. Requirement to travel on a regular basis
14. Deep experience with large-scale change including experience in thinking strategically and translating business objectives into HR initiatives
15. Collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies that address local needs while ensuring alignment with global framework
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
17. Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment
18. Requires a systems thinker with strong business acumen and outcome focus
19. Ability to inspire and influence to drive company-wide transformation
20. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
