Overview
Account Executive (German) - Talent Solutions
This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. The work location is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Talent Solutions Account Executive to generate new business by responding to inbound inquiries and outbound activity, targeting companies and teams, identifying the best technology options, and selling corporate recruitment solutions. You will strive to meet and exceed quota while acting in the best interest of the client.
Responsibilities
* Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects
* Create reliable forecasts and be transparent with management on the pipeline status
* Close new business consistently at or above quota
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and document/distribute competitive information
* Invest in colleagues, provide coaching and advice when opportunities for improvement arise
* Develop and circulate best practices for the team foundation
* Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams
* Proactively solve problems outside of your area and take on additional initiatives as they emerge
* Seek opportunities to lead and help the company achieve larger objectives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of applicable sales experience
* Fluency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software
* Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com
* Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
* Knowledge of software contract terms with ability to create fair transactions
* Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
* Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
* Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decisions and persuade others
* Ability to manage many prospect situations simultaneously while positioning products against competitors
