Financial Close and Reporting Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial close and reporting processes.

* Review and approve month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany, and FX adjustments;
* Oversight of reconciliations across fixed assets, bank accounts, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensation;
* Balancing financial data from multiple entities and ensure consistency and proper documentation;
* Maintaining up-to-date process documentation and identifying opportunities for improvement;
Key Responsibilities:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role;
* Proven experience managing complex close and reporting processes;
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle preferred);
* Blackline experience desirable;
* Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Excellent communication and leadership skills;
