Position: Agentforce Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Dublin
We are seeking talented individuals with a strong technical background and AI expertise to join our team as Account Executives. You will drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and leverage innovative technology to redefine customer engagement.
What you'll be doing:
1. Identify and position Agentforce opportunities using your sales knowledge and AI modeling.
2. Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce at existing and new customers.
3. Explain how Salesforce products, especially Agentforce, can transform customer engagement.
4. Conduct technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate Agentforce's impact.
5. Qualify opportunities that match our ideal customer profile.
6. Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and demonstrate solutions.
7. Present compelling value propositions for Agentforce to technical and business stakeholders.
8. Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience.
9. Align solutions with clients' strategic objectives.
10. Combine discovery insights with your perspective to showcase Agentforce use cases.
What you should have:
1. 10+ years in enterprise and commercial B2B technical sales.
2. Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and agent platform configuration.
3. Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce platforms.
4. Ability to map client needs to Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities.
5. Strong technical selling skills, explaining AI models and solutions to non-technical clients.
6. Proven success in surpassing sales targets in technical environments.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a tech sales background.

Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation, Cloud Data Warehouse, Cloud infrastructure, Predictive modeling, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.
