Job Description:
The role of an Achieving Order Excellence Specialist is multifaceted, encompassing key responsibilities that require meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess. Primary duties include accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring seamless coordination with the inventory and shipping departments to guarantee timely product delivery.
Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding order status, addressing issues promptly, and implementing process improvements as needed are also crucial aspects of this role.
In addition, resolving discrepancies and inaccuracies related to orders in a timely manner is essential for maintaining a high level of service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role
* Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary package, including up to €45 K p/a DOE + bonus + benefits (healthcare, pension, car park, travel/cycle to work scheme). A hybrid work model will be implemented, allowing employees to work onsite for a minimum of 6 months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
