We're looking for a motivated and technically minded BMS Site Engineer to join our growing team. Key responsibilities
* Assist or oversee leading-edge BMS installations and commissioning.
* Perform BMS controller upgrades and system enhancements.
* Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on both new and existing customer sites.
* Conduct sensor and system calibrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Respond to service calls and troubleshoot BMS-related issues.
* Energy monitoring and energy saving modifications.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements
* Electrical qualification (or currently studying towards one).
* For experienced applicants: 3+ years working with BMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Trend, Cylon, Tridium, Regin).
* For junior applicants: A keen interest in building automation, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Good understanding (or eagerness to learn) about HVAC plant and control systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Proficient (or willing to learn) in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* A full, clean driving licence is required.
