Job Responsibilities
* Effectively incorporate the revenue management philosophy of exceeding our fair share from three key perspectives: Mind Share, Market Share, Channel Share, in all aspects of revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations.
* Chair the weekly revenue meeting for your assigned property to collaborate on revenue management, sales, and marketing strategy with the hotel and support teams. Ensure understanding of the impact of decisions on operations and profitability.
* Support additional hotels within your assigned region with revenue, sales, marketing processes, systems management, pricing, strategy, and reporting.
* Collaborate regularly with the General Manager and sales, brand, and digital teams on high-level strategy decisions across market segments and distribution channels.
* Ensure current systems and processes meet group requirements and are adjusted appropriately to support the business.
* Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
* Identify and report on actions taken regarding important trends (e.g., pace, group pace, booking window, booking channel).
* Achieve room revenue goals (budget, RevPAR Index, etc.) focusing on profitability.
* Prepare the annual hotel revenue budget and maintain ongoing results analysis.
* Develop monthly forecasts with daily breakdowns of occupancy, rate, and market segment mix, along with ongoing results analysis.
* Monitor competitors’ products, revenue management practices, new hotel development, and local market demand generators.
* Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, including OTA market managers.
* Oversee channel management, including rate loading and inventory management.
* Manage the continued usage and maintenance of the revenue management system.
* Validate forecasts and interact daily with the system and decisions produced, including configuration and maintenance tasks related to the system.

* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in revenue or reservations functions; experience in hotel openings or the Dublin market is a plus.
* Ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and effective decision-making ability.
* Methodical, process-driven, flexible, and calm under tight deadlines.
