Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utilities Shift Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of monitoring, operating, and performing first-line maintenance of utilities equipment in a controlled environment.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring control systems for GMP and Non-GMP alarms
* Escalating alarms in accordance with relevant procedures
* Investigating alarms as per relevant procedures
* Operating utilities equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
* Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with site maintenance procedures
* Participating in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in utilities engineering maintenance
* Knowledge of utilities systems and experience working in regulated industries (FDA, IMB, NSAI)
* Good working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs for a wide range of plant equipment
* Understanding of basic instrumentation and PLCs
* Understanding of SOPs and cGMP engineering systems
