About the Role:
As a Medical Administrator, you will be the a backbone of our healthcare facility, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with medical staff, patients and external partners to provide outstanding administrative support and seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
* Manage appointments, patient records and billing systems
* Coordinate communication between the office and external providers
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
* Support medical staff with administrative tasks and scheduling
Requirements:
* Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records
* Driving license/ Car
