The successful candidate should now specialise in large-scale projects. Ideally, you would have a track record in Educational & Residential developments and should have a minimum of 6 years' experience.The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing large projects from inception through to completion and should have exposure to leading teams and contributing to business development as the Practice looks to win work and turn this office into a pivotal part of this well-balanced business.Required Background:A member of the RIAI or eligible for Membership6+ years' experience in the industryTrack record in the delivery of large-scale projectsRevit experience is beneficialThorough knowledge of Irish building regulationsPrior experience in overseeing projects from inception through to SiteMust be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectivelyMust have excellent communication skillsThe Package:Excellent salary on offer, as well as 21 days Annual Leave, pension, CPD support and the opportunity to work on some of the most talked about projects in Ireland.
