SCs must be both sales focused and technically savvy. They must be successful in selling to enterprise executives, and convincing C-level and director level executives of the technical merits of the software solution.The SC will work, in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers and other members of the cross-functional team to provide the technical bridge between our Sales team and their prospects.The SC will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer happiness by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite and virtually.Requirements5+ years’ Presales experienceUnderstanding of how AI is impacting the customer service business, as well as knowledge of AI Technologies such as LLMs and ChatGPTKnowledgeable of web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and SaaS applicationsExperience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutionsExcellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skillsExperience scoping, managing and executing customer pilots and Proof of ConceptsKnowledge of SaaS Business applicationsKnowledge of one or more of the followingCustomer Service SoftwareAI, Automation and BotsITSMData warehousingBusiness intelligenceWorkforce ManagementQAIntegration & middlewareOutstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solutionOutstanding solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product developmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a must; graduate degree is a plusMust be willing to travelObvious passion and people skills and an ability to work independently on multiple projectsDesired SkillsPrevious consulting experience implementing enterprise class software solutionsDomain expertise in specific industriesKnowledge of CCaaS and peripheral technologiesExperience in facilitating Design Based Thinking sessionsAbility to develop reference architecture in support of client solutionHybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
