Position: Manager, SAP PTD Architect - EWM/TM

Responsibilities
SAP System Management:
* Design, configure, and maintain SAP EWM and TM solutions at the site level, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
* Support SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management systems, recommending integration improvements.
* Implement advanced EWM features like Warehouse Order Creation Rules, Resource Management, Post-Processing Framework, and Serialization.
* Manage SAP TM processes, including Freight Costing, Carrier Selection, and Transportation Scheduling.
* Follow best practices for SAP Plan To Deliver processes, ensuring seamless system integration.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
* Oversee AMS support, including break-fixes and enhancements, ensuring high performance and knowledge sharing.
* Coordinate with global SAP teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Facilitate meetings/workshops to provide technical solutions.
* Act as POC for SAP issues with business and stakeholders.
* Drive solutions through collaboration and guidance.
* Report to SLT and escalate as needed.
* Partner with site MES team during design phases and assess SAP impact.
Process Analysis and Documentation:
* Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare detailed configuration documentation.
* Recommend process improvements, automation, and cost reductions.
* Manage site-level SAP projects, testing, and system upgrades.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
* Stay updated on SAP EWM/TM industry trends and capabilities.
* Leverage SAP analytics for real-time insights.
* Implement solutions to improve system efficiency and scalability.
* Lead innovation initiatives for SAP EWM/TM features.
Compliance and Documentation:
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP architecture and customizations.
* Collaborate with audit teams to meet legal and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Experience:
* Extensive SAP EWM/TM management experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.
* Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and warehouse processes.
* Experience with SAP EWM and ATTP integration, serialization regulations is a plus.
* Proven track record in large-scale SAP implementations/upgrades.
* At least one S/4HANA/EWM-TM greenfield implementation, with industry-specific experience in pharmaceuticals.
Skills:
* Proficiency in SAP EWM/TM configuration and operations, including module integrations.
* Strong problem-solving skills for SAP system issues.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Leadership or managerial experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
* Occasional travel for project needs and on-site operations.
* Adaptability to agile methodologies and evolving project priorities.
