Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
* Work collaboratively with senior staff members to achieve team goals, generating and converting walk-in students into enrolled students.
* Manage accommodation services, ensuring seamless transitions for students, including residence and homestay allocations.
* Develop and implement student activities, promoting a sense of community among students.
* Maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and regulatory procedures.
* Contribute to process improvements, enhancing the student experience and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Coordinate student arrivals, transfers, homestay assignments, and first-day operations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Support the finance team in collecting student payments, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
A-level or equivalent qualifications are necessary, along with fluency in English (verbal and written). Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in multicultural settings, is essential.
