PE Global is currently recruiting for a Chemist II for a leading multi-national pharma client based in South Dublin.
Role:
This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Performs analytical testing on drugs and drug combination products with Liquid/Gas Chromatography, Elution, Spectroscopic and Wet Chemistry techniques.
Responsible for Laboratory investigations ensuring timely disposition/closure.
Responsible for continuous maintenance of systems in line with corresponding regulatory changes & product lifecycle revisions.
Possess a complete understanding of relevant processes systems and policies and understanding of how they interact with department.
Drives continuous improvement projects to reduce testing lead-times/cost savings.
Works independently to plan and schedule activities to meet project timelines.
Supports Training of new colleagues.
Supports Internal and External Audit programs.
Support Regulatory submissions.
Requirements:
Minimum of Level 8 in Chemistry, Biology, Material Science, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years relevant laboratory experience.
