About Your New Job
As a Senior Python Web Developer, you will:
Work on complex, enterprise‑level projects (4–5 years’ experience required — must involve multi‑developer team environments, not solo or small projects).
Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade applications using a main web framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask (beyond analytics/ML/scripts).
Build scalable and maintainable backend architectures using microservices and containers.
Integrate and optimize database solutions using ORMs like SQLAlchemy, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, take ownership of deliverables, and maintain high standards in code quality and communication.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in development processes and propose meaningful solutions.
What Skills You Need
4–5 years’ experience in enterprise software development (team‑based, large‑scale projects).
Proficiency in at least one major Python enterprise web framework: Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Experience with database engines and ORMs (SQLAlchemy preferred).
Solid understanding of building larger applications with microservices and containers.
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and high level of ownership.
Additional Skillset
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Experience with Graph Databases (e.g., TigerGraph, Neo4j).
Exposure to Typescript and UI frameworks (Angular, React).
Knowledge or interest in the data lineage domain.
