Responsibilities
Install a Cisco Meraki Switch (device already available on site)
Also provide dispatch IT Support when required
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized.
Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Requirements
Technician must bring a 5-step ladder to complete the installation
Required valid permit/authority in Ireland
English speaking proficiency
