Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Internal Site Manager to manage a Life Sciences fit-out project in Limerick.

The Role | Site Manager (Fit-Out)
You will take full responsibility for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring deliveryon time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full management of all fit-out
* Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations
* Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation
* Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects
* Strong fitout experience
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
