Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations within a high-volume hardware distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement across their warehouse operations.
Daily Operations Management
* Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient processing of goods inwards/outwards.
* Implement strategies for inventory management and optimize storage solutions.
The successful applicant will be able to manage relationships between 3rd Party Logistics providers (3PL), ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A proven track record as a Warehouse Manager or similar role within a logistics or distribution environment.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and improve processes using data-driven insights.
