Their Limerick depot operates to the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency, servicing a large fleet in a modern and well-equipped workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Mechanic you will be responsible for managing and supporting the daily maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Oversee and carry out daily maintenance tasks for all vehicles;Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness;Assess and troubleshoot issues reported by drivers, taking appropriate corrective action;Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently;Test vehicle systems and components to verify proper functionality;Conduct necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain operational standards;Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines;Adhere to operational policies and procedures, ensuring accurate completion of all related documentation;Maintain and update maintenance logs and reporting systems;Assist with additional administrative or workshop duties as required.BenefitsCompetitive salary between €55,000 - €60,000 annual salary (DOE);€2,000 sign-on bonus (Paid in instalments);Stable, full-time permanent role with early starts;Excellent tools, equipment, and facilities;Supportive and professional working environment;Ongoing training and development opportunities.CriteriaFully qualified Motor mechanic;Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same/equivalent role;Flexible approach to working hours (early starts and occasional Saturdays);Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Category B driving license is essential, Category C is desirable.
