Job Opportunity:
As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Ensure inventory is accurately managed, merchandised, and presented in a high standard of quality.
* Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
* Develop the skills and performance of team members through training and coaching.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
* Monitor and control store expenses to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate cash handling.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in retail.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with customers.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software is preferred.
