In this hunter role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring and onboarding high-value advertising agencies through strategic prospecting, tailored solutions, and strong relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent advertising agencies
* Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand agency needs and craft customized advertising solutions
* Develop and execute acquisition strategies to increase market share and platform presence
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with agency leaders and key decision-makers
* Create compelling proposals leveraging industry insights, trends, and case studies
* Lead negotiations and close deals that fuel long-term growth and partnership success
* Provide valuable market feedback to continuously refine acquisition strategies and service offerings
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
What You Bring:
* 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, digital advertising, or related fields
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets
* Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Pitchbook, or similar platforms
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
