Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and timely, collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Handle inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
* Ensure accurate customer records are kept up-to-date according to relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets by identifying, converting, or referring new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both regulated and non-regulated products.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 9 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in spoken and written English.
* Willingness to learn and grow with CPL.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and ability to pass background checks.

Contract Details:
* Permanent part-time contract.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11am-3pm, or Saturday to Sunday, 9am-5:30pm.
* Full-time training for 4 weeks initially, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
