Key Responsibilities
* Providing a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring their experience meets the required level and aligns with our customer care ethos.
* Achieving targets for new business and retention through effective selling and retention skills.
* Executing policy amendments efficiently, ensuring our service provision meets customer expectations.
* Maximising cross-selling opportunities and generating referrals while engaging with customers to enhance business growth across channels.
* Handling a volume of calls efficiently to meet call answering objectives for both the customer and the organisation.
* Collaborating with team colleagues to achieve overall targets.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements, and completing relevant industry qualifications as needed.
* Performing duties as required by management.
