We are seeking a highly driven Tender Animator / 4D Planner to support our preconstruction and bid activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for visual storytelling, digital construction, and translating complex delivery strategies into clear, compelling motion. You will turn programs and design information into visual narratives that show clients exactly how we will build their project — stage-by-stage, risk-aware, and achievable.
Reporting to the Senior Preconstruction Planner / Bid Director, the key requirements for the role will include, but not limited to the following:
Core Skill Set
Familiarity with major planning or modelling tools: P6, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks, IFC workflowsSolid grasp of construction phasing and logistics — even if still developing on the software sideAbility to tell the story of project delivery clearlyStrong attention to accuracy, realism, and client clarity
Desired Experience
2+ years in one of the following:Exposure to large-scale construction projects (data centres, pharma, industrial, commercial, residential) is an advantageExperience with preconstruction or tender preparation is desirable, not mandatoryPortfolio or work samples demonstrating sequencing or animation is highly valuable
