Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite; 4 days/week during probation)Type: Full-time | PermanentCpl is partner with the Land Development Agency (LDA), a key Government Commercial Semi-State Body focused on delivering social and affordable housing across Ireland.Backed by €5 billion in Government equity and permitted to borrow up to €1.25 billion, the LDA has a delivery pipeline of over 19, homes and is working with private sector developers through Project Tosaigh to deliver an additional 5, homes.
It is also advancing long-term strategic developments in Limerick, Dublin and Galway.
With a growing team of over professionals, the LDA is driven by values of Integrity, Results, Collaboration, Sustainability and Innovation.The Role:The successful candidate will be actively engaged in the administration and support of Land Development Agency, LDA IT systems, primarily responsible for the administration of our SharePoint environment, including design, implementation, and maintenance of workflows and other features.
This position requires expertise in SharePoint administration, a strong understanding of collaboration tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business units.Reporting to the IT Operations & Security Manager, the primary role of the SharePoint Consultant is to assist the IT Operations & Security Manager in managing and maintaining the critical IT functions of the LDA.
Key Responsibilities:·Systems Administration: Manage and administer SharePoint and other systems environments.
Configure and customise SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, sharing environments, landing pages, etc.·Security & Access Controls: Manage user roles and access controls, ensuring security best practices are upheld.
Collaborate with the IT Manager to enforce data protection and access control policies.·Collaboration and Integration Solutions: Work closely with business units to understand document management & collaboration requirements.
Work with the solution provider to design and implement solutions using SharePoint and other tools as appropriate.
Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and applications as needed.·Troubleshooting and Support: Working with business units and systems support vendors to ensure they provide support & advice to end-users.·Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and other IT staff.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.·Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor systems performance and conduct regular optimisation activities.
Implement improvements to enhance system performance.
Measure vendor performance and participate vendor performance reviews.·Systems Management: Implement and manage data retention, backup and recovery processes for systems data.
Ensure the integrity and availability of data.
Working with the solution provider & other IT support vendors to plan and execute systems upgrades, ensuring that the environment is kept up to date.What We're Looking For: Essential:A minimum of 3 years' experience, of working in a commercial or public sector corporate environment.Technical Degree to bachelor level or other related third level qualification.Relevant experience including document management systems and process analysis.A good understanding of best practice Information Security.Experience of aligning IT solutions with business needs.Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.Understanding of aligning IT orientated solutions to business needs and requirements.Experience working with modern cloud-based technologies.Desirable:Certification in SharePoint Administration.Experience with SharePoint migration projects.Experience with Power Automate.Knowledge of PowerShell and SharePoint scriptingKey Competencies:In addition to your technical qualifications and experience, you will bring professional competencies and skills in the following core areas:Planning & Organising – Establishes and monitors priorities, systematically differentiating between urgent, important and unimportant.
