About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Account Executive to play a key role in accelerating growth across Ireland by signing and launching top restaurant partners. This is a high-impact sales role focused on new business acquisition, where you'll manage the full sales process from building your pipeline to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person, effectively communicating the benefits of our latest products, pricing, and initiatives.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, ensuring each restaurant is fully set up for success on the platform.
* Negotiate commercial terms that deliver value for both Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.
* Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and account management teams to ensure a smooth launch and strong start on the platform.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.
What You'll Need:
* 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage a high-output pipeline.
* Experience with CRM tools.
* Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
