Job Overview
As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading corporate finance initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support for mergers and acquisitions, providing valuation services, and acting as a central point of contact with clients and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deal Execution & Transaction Services: Prepare comprehensive marketing materials, manage data rooms, process non-disclosure agreements, coordinate due diligence, and facilitate key client/purchaser meetings.
* Strategy & Valuation: Attend client meetings, conduct thorough financial analysis and research, and develop robust client recommendations.
* Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of client service.
Requirements:
* Qualification: Holder of ACA/ACCA certification with 3+ years' experience in public practice.
* Expertise: Strong technical foundation in financial analysis, company valuation, and transaction services.
* Commercial Acumen: Clear commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and passion for helping business owners solve problems.
